Our history

The Castlebar Cove Community Title Scheme 37148 was established on 2 October 2007 on the recording of the first Community Management Statement for the Scheme.

The Scheme originally comprised:

• Two residential towers (the north tower and the east tower) over a podium level with two levels of below ground car parking; and
• 38 apartments with each tower containing 19 apartments over 12 levels; and
• A separate undercover visitor car park at ground level as well as common facilities including boardroom, swimming pool, gym and sauna.

A new Community Management Statement was recorded on 12 November 2015, which added volumetric lot 15 on survey plan 163173 to the Community Title Scheme. Volumetric lot 15 is a volumetric lot of the airspace above the visitor car park. A two level residence has been constructed within volumetric lot 15.

The original owner and developer of the Scheme was Sincere Properties (Kangaroo Point) Pty Ltd ACN 094 507 016. The builder of the original complex comprising the north and east towers was FKP Constructions Pty Ltd ACN 009 910 098.
