Visitor carpark

The visitor carpark is a separate above ground stand along undercover carpark opposite the porte-cohere, which contains 15 spaces plus two disabled spaces.

As its name implies it is only available for parking by visitors, not the owners or occupiers of Castlebar Cove. In this regard-

• The Body Corporate By-Laws provide that the “designated visitor parking must remain available at all times for the sole use of a visitor’s vehicles”. The Committee does not have the power to override the By-laws.
• The Town Planning Approval for CC (Court Order dated 12 September 2003) requires the development to be carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, which provides for 15 visitor car parking spaces in the visitor car park plus two disabled parking spaces.
