Security
One of the important features of Castlebar Cove is its security. It is the responsibility of all owners and residents to ensure that our security is not compromised. Access to the building can only be gained with a security fob, which can only be issued by the caretaker. The security fob will only permit access to the resident’s floor of the building and to the ground floor and basements. If a security fob is lost or misplaced please notify the caretaker. In addition, 25 monitored security cameras are positioned throughout the common areas. Please also observe the following security rules-
- Always ensure that the ground floor doors are closed behind you when entering or leaving the building;
- Always ensure that the carpark roller door closes behind you when entering or leaving the carpark;
- Do not give access to strangers. Visitors must make contact with the resident they are visiting for entry. The resident is able to permit access to the front door and to the resident’s floor only;
- If you see anything unusual, suspicious or unacceptable behaviour please report it immediately to the caretaker.
